We love to get to know your present space as well as your ideas/design, so always undertake an initial site visit before we are then able to provide you with an estimate of costs.

 

We are always happy to discuss your project idea with you even before you enter into the design and planning process, to give you an idea of budget, as we feel this is so important when making the final decision as to whether or not it is the right move for your family and home.  We are happy to offer advice and guidance throughout the designing and planning process as well, as we know how daunting this may seem if this is your first build project.  Once you have made the important decision to work with us, we are there to support you and work in collaboration with your chosen architect/principal designer, engineer and building control team to ensure the smooth running of your project.

 

We can also provide you with recommendations for architects, engineers and building control teams we have worked effectively with in past projects.

 

During the project, we will make every effort to leave you with a working kitchen for as long as possible and work with you on a timeline to effectively plan in big milestones to help make the process as smooth as possible.  Many of our clients have young families, so we are aware and experienced in helping to make a build as stress free and ‘family friendly’ as possible.
